Limerick city road blocked following collision between taxi and truck

The collision at Roches Street-Catherine Street junction

A ROAD in Limerick city centre is blocked following a two-vehicle collision this Tuesday morning. 

The collision occurred at around 9am at the busy Roches Street-Catherine Street junction between a truck and taxi. 

There are no reports of injuries, with the upper part of Roches Street temporarily blocked due to the collision. 

There were no emergency service personnel at the scene.
