The N24 near Boher is closed following a road accident
A SECTION of the N24 was closed this morning following a serious road accident overnight.
It’s understood a young man was critically injured in the single vehicle crash which happened near Boher shortly after midnight.
He’s being treated at University Hospital Limerick.
Emergency services attended the scene for several hours and gardai carried out a forensic examination.
The road has since reopened.
