Car stolen from Limerick supermarket car park found burnt out

GARDAÍ are investigating after a car was stolen from a car park outside a Limerick supermarket.

The black Ford Galaxy with a 142 registration was stolen from the car park on the Dublin Road in Castletroy between 7pm and 8pm on Thursday, March 21.

The car was found burnt out later that night at 9:30pm at Ballyclough Avenue, Annacotty.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward to assist them with their enquiries. 

If you saw this car at any stage between Castletroy and Annacotty on Thursday, March 21 or if you have any information on who was driving it, please contact Henry Street garda station on 061 212400.
