LIMERICK'S Jonathan Hayes and Timmy McGrath will referee this weekend's Munster club football championship finals. Jonathan Hayes from the St Senan’s club has been appointed to referee the 2025 AIB Munster Club Intermediate Football Final at Mick Neville Park Rathkeale at 4pm on Saturday.

This will be Jonathan’s second provincial club final as he was the man-in-the-middle for the 2021 Munster Club Intermediate Football Final between Na Gaeil of Kerry and Corofin of Clare.

Mick Neville Park will host the Munster Intermediate Football Championship final between An Ghaeltacht of Kerry and Aghabollogue of Cork.

Timmy McGrath from the Oola club will referee the 2025 AIB Munster Club Junior Football Championship Final in Mallow at 1pm on Saturday.

This will be the second time Timmy has officiated the provincial final at this grade following his appointment for the 2023 Munster Club Junior Football Final between Listowel Emmets (Kerry) and Kilmurry (Cork).

Ballymacelligot of Kerry and Buttevant of Cork meet in this year's Munster Junior Football Championship final. There is plenty of Limerick links in the Buttevant backroom team with former Limerick footballer Ian Ryan coach of the side and Joey O'Hanlon formerly of St Senan's manager of the team.
