Limerick Masters football team prepare for All-Ireland final against London

THE LIMERICK Masters Footballers play their All-Ireland Final (Challenge Cup, Division 4) v London this Saturday at St Peregrine's GAA Club, Dublin at 2pm. Limerick recorded an impressive 0-16 to 0-10 victory over Clare in the All-Ireland semi-final. 

Anthony McCarthy is in charge of the Limerick masters football team.  This is McCarthy's third year in charge of the masters and this is third year in-a-row that Limerick have entered a masters football team.

Prominent referee Donnacha O’Callaghan is also be part of the management set up alongside Mike Maloney. 

Captain Mike Reidy said it is a proud moment to be leading Limerick this weekend.“It is a very proud moment. It's been a good year, we've had a few ups and downs but definitely in the last couple of weeks we have shown great confidence in our play,” said Reidy.
