Dromcollogher-Broadford and Galbally unbeaten in Limerick Intermediate Football Championship

Three rounds of the Intermediate Football Championship have been played

Dromcollogher Broadford and Galbally remain unbeaten in Intermediate Football Championship

After three rounds of the intermediate football championship, Dromcollogher Broadford and Galbally remain unbeaten. 

In group one, Dromcollogher Broadford have made it three wins out of three. Newcastle West have also maintained their 100% record, the Newcastle West second team have started their campaign brightly with two wins out of two. 

St Senan's sit in third on three points, Castlemahon are in fourth place on two points. Gerald Griffins earned a draw with St Senan's and the Loughill/ Ballyhahill will be looking to build on that result. St Patricks are yet to register a win in the IFC. 

Dromcollogher Broadford will look to secure top spot against Castlemahon in Tournafulla on Thursday at 6:30pm. On Friday, St Patrick's meet Gerald Griffins in Askeaton at 6:30pm. At the same time, second placed Newcastle West face third placed St Senan's in Sean Finn Park, Rathkeale. 

In group two, Galbally have continued their impressive start to the IFC. Rathkeale are just behind Galbally on five points. Claughan cruised past Crecora Manister and that result has moved the City club into third place. Glin and Pallasgreen are level on two points, Glin's supperior scoring difference has them just ahead of Pallasgreen. Crecora Manister remain winless in this year's IFC. 

On Saturday evening, the top of the table clash between Galbally and Rathkeale takes place Kilbreedy at 6:30pm on Saturday evening. Claughan face Pallasgreen on Friday evening in Fedamore at 6:30pm. Fourth placed Glin take on bottom placed Crecora Manister in Ballingarry on Friday evening at 6:30pm.
