In Pictures: Big crowds attend the second round of the Con and Annie Kirby Memorial

THE SECOND round of the Con and Annie Kirby Memorial Stake took place at Limerick Greyhound Stadium last weekend with hefty crowds attending the action.

There are now just 24 Limerick GAA clubs remaining in with a chance of winning the top prize of €10,000 ahead of Saturday's quarter-final action.

Last Saturday was also in aid of the Dillon Quirke Foundation with patrons asked to wear their jerseys in support of the former Tipperary player's foundation.

Limerick Leader / Limerick Live photographer Brendan Gleeson was on hand to capture all the colour and action of the evening at the Dock Road venue.
