BRUFF'S junior B hurlers go in search of an All-Ireland title tomorrow when they play Sarsfields of Galway in the showpiece final at the home of Killeedy GAA at Raheenagh.
The south Limerick side have already bagged county and provincial crowns and are in line to become the second team from the county to lift the title following Doon's victory in 2015.
Bruff have done things the hard way in getting to Saturday's final. They started off their Munster campaign with a two-point win over Sixmilebridge in the semi-final.
Then came an epic battler with famed Tipperary club Thurles Sarsfields. Eight points from David Browne propelled Bruff to victory and the Munster title after an enthralling contest.
In their semi-final against Kilkenny side, and former winners St Martin's, Bruff looked like their run had come to an end only for Browne to intervene with two late frees that forced extra-time.
Bruff then held a three-point lead going into the final stages but a goal from the Kilkenny outfit looked to be sending the game to penalties. However, Browne came up with the goods once more, and his eleventh point to book their spot in the All-Ireland Final.
They face a Sarsfields that have gotten to this stage by beating Laois outfit Rosenallis in the Leinster semi-final and then had a comfortable win over St Martin's in the decider.
The Galway side then went on to earn a seven-point win over Thurles Sarsfields in their All-Ireland semi-final.
Former Galway player Kerril Wade has been the star turn on the Sarsfields side throughout their Leinster and All-Ireland run thus far and Bruff will have to keep a close eye on him if they are to taste All-Ireland glory.
On the other hand, Sarsfields will be keenly aware of the influence that David Browne has had for Roger Mulqueen's side in their games so expect him to be closely watched as well.
Bruff and Sarsfields has a 2pm throw in at Killeedy GAA at Raheenagh and is being lived streamed by Clubber.
