The death has occurred of Ita Bedford (née Duffy), late of Kilmurry Avenue, Garryowen, peacefully surrounded by her daughters at Riverdale Nursing Home.

Beloved wife of the late John. Dearly loved mother of Geraldine, Mary and Christine, Patrick and Seamus. Sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Rest in peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street this Wednesday evening from 5.30pm to 7pm followed by removal to St Michael’s Church, Denmark Street. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 11am with burial afterwards in Mount St Lawrence Cemetery Extension. No flowers please. Donations if desired to Pieta House.

The death has occurred of Margaret Burke (née Bourke), Ballyfaskin, Ballylanders.

Predeceased by her husband Ailbe & daughter Helen. Deeply regretted by her sons Toby, Tom, Ailbe & Noel, daughters Patricia, Marie, Bridget, Anne-Marie, Louiese & Claire, sisters Alice, Nora, Annie & Kathleen, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at Ryan's Funeral Home, Ballylanders, Co. Limerick on Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral arriving at Galbaly Church Thursday afternoon at 12.45pm for 1pm Mass. Burial afterwards in the local Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Anthony (Tony) Charles, Cooneen Cross, Bilboa, Cappamore, suddenly at home.

Predeceased by his wife Hannah; deeply regretted by his sons Bernard and John, daughters Audrey Mantaro and Aoife, brother Davy, sisters Ann Kenny and Noreen, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, aunts, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Lynch-Kelly Funeral Home, Cappamore Thursday evening from 5.30 o’c with removal at 7.30 o’c to St. Michael’s Church, Cappamore. Requiem Mass Friday at 11.30 o’c and burial afterwards in Doon Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Siobhán (Vonie) Cormack, Elton, and formerly of Pine Avenue, Galbally.

Predeceased by her mother Josephine & sister Marie. Deeply regretted by her father Eamon his partner Ellen, brothers Eamon & Anthony, Eamon's partner Colleen, stepmother Mary (Wallace), aunts, uncles, nephews extended family, relatives, neighbours & friends.

The death has occurred of Josephine Cregan (née Dineen), Ballykeefe Estate, Dooradoyle and formerly of Ballinagard, Ballyneety and Grange, Co. Limerick.

Peacefully in her 90th year on May 7th 2018. Predeceased by her husband Denis, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She will be sadly missed by Kate, Michael, Liz and Denis, her adored grandchildren, brother Tim, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, other relatives, friends, neighbours and carers.

Reposing at her daughter Kate's home, Lahakineen, Ballinacurra Road, Limerick, (V94RCDO) on Wednesday evening from 5 o'clock with removal to St. Paul's Church, Dooradoyle at 8 o'clock. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 2 o'clock followed by burial in Ss. Peter and Paul's Cemetery, Bruff. Family flowers only please.

The death has occurred of May Quilty (née Guinane), Moig East, Pallaskenry, peacefully after a brief illness bravely fought surrounded by her loving family and friends. 

Sadly missed by her loving husband Pat, daughter Mairead, sons Patrick, Denis and James, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, sister, brother, nieces, nephews, family and many friends.

Reposing at her daughter Mairead's residence in Moig East, Pallaskenry On Wednesday, the 9th of May, from 5pm to 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, May 10th, at St John the Baptist Church, Kilcornan at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kilcornan Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Br. Adrian (John) Shortall, De La Salle Brothers, Miguel House, Castletown, Portlaoise, late of Kilfrush, Knocklong and and Kenmare, Co Kerry.

Predeceased by his sisters, Eileen and Mary, brother Jim, niece Ann and nephew Jimmy. Deeply regretted by his sister Sara (Sr. Gertrude, Presentation Sisters Galway), nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives and wide circle of friends and confreres in religion.

Reposing in Miguel House from 11.00 am on Wednesday May 9th with Evening Prayer and Rosary at 8.00pm. Funeral Liturgy and Mass on Thursday May 10th at 2.00pm. Burial immediately afterwards in the Monastery Cemetery.
