The death has occurred of Kevin Hogan of Germany and formerly of High Street, Raheen and Ballyneety, Limerick.

Passed away, peacefully, in Germany, on Thursday, February 26.

Beloved husband of Valerie (née Skelly). Dearly loved father of Saoirse, Colm, Donncha, Niamh, Aidan and Brían. Sadly missed by his son-in-law, daughters-in-law, his cherished grandchildren, brothers Michael and Martin, sisters Mardi and Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his brother Frank and youngest daughter Mairead.

Funeral arriving at St Marys’ Church, Athlunkard Street on Saturday, April 4 for a Liturgical Prayer Service at 10.30am followed by burial in Mount St Lawrence Cemetery.

The death has occurred of John Kelly of Quarry Road, Thomondgate, Limerick and originally of Assumpta Park, Island Road, Limerick.

Passed away, peacefully, at Riverdale Nursing Home, Blackwater, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, April 1.

Beloved husband of the late Frances (née Carey.)

Adored father of Michael, Jackie, Brian, Louise, John, Samantha and Sarahjane.

John will be deeply missed and forever loved by his family, cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughters-in-law Margaret and Linda, son-in-law Nicky, respective partners Stephen, Triona and Martin, brothers Billy, Noel, Gerry, Tony, Christy and Pat, sisters Geraldine, Mary and Bernie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by parents Ann and Michael, brothers Mickey, Foncie, Des and Marty.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, on Lower Gerald Griffin Street, on Easter Monday, April 6, from 2pm to 3.30pm.

Funeral will arrive on Tuesday, April 7, at St Munchin’s Church, Clancy Stand, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.

John’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of Riverdale Nursing Home for their exceptional care and support to John.

The death has occurred of Theresa Coleman née Bourke of 'Swan Lake', Lough Gur, Bruff, Limerick and formerly of Tonybaun, Knockmore, Mayo

 Theresa passed away, peacefully, at home, in her 94th year, surrounded by family on Wednesday, April 1.

Predeceased by her husband Tom; grand daughters Niamh (McGregor), Cliona (Ring).

Very deeply regretted by her daughters Terry (Ring), Lorraine (McGregor) and her son Thomás, sons in law Brendan and Kynan, daughter in law Nollaig and grand-children Colm, Darragh and Seán (NZ), Rory, Jean and Grace, great-granddaughter Sloane (NZ), relatives and friends.

The Coleman family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Theresa’s carers who took exceptional care of her recently. The family appreciate that they went over and above the call of duty. Special thanks to Dr Edmund O’Callaghan, Fiona and the Milford Homecare Team.

The death has occurred of Martine Ryan née Duff of Birdhill, Tipperary and formerly of Shannon, Clare, Tyrone and Limerick.

Martina passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of UHL, after a long illness, on Tuesday, March 31.

Predeceased by her father Joe, mother Philomena (Mena), and sister Catherine. Deeply regretted by her loving husband John, son Stephen, brothers Gerard, Fergal and Michael, sisters Colette and Mary, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Meehan’s Funeral Home Newport on Sunday, April 5 from 5.30pm to 7pm. Arrival on Monday, April 6 to Our Lady of the Wayside Church Birdhill for Requiem Mass at 11.30 am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Noreen Fitzpatrick of Yeats Avenue, Kincora Park, Limerick city.

Passed away, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, April 1.

Mother of the late Susan and Anna.

Beloved lifelong partner of Noel and adored mother of Mary, Elaine, Christine, Kerri and Anthony.

Noreen will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family, cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Predeceased by parents Michael and Mary, sister Breda, nephew Mikey and Teresa and Noel.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, on Lower Gerald Griffin Street, on Tuesday, April 7, from 4pm to 6pm.

Funeral will arrive on Wednesday, April 8, at the Holy Family Church, Southill, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Mount St Oliver Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Fr John J Ó Ríordáin, CSSR of Redemptorist Community, Mount Saint Alphonsus, South Circular Road, Limerick and formerly of St Josephs Monastery, Dundalk and Knockavoureen, Kiskeam, Mallow, Cork.

Passed away, peacefully, in the care of the staff of Good Counsel Nursing Home, on Wednesday, April 1.

Predeceased by his parents Jim and Nancy, his siblings Mary Clare, Anne, Joan, Peggy and Eileen. Mourned by his Redemptorist Community. Cherished uncle of his many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, great grandnephew, cousins, relatives and friends.

Fr John J’s remains will be brought home to Mount St Alphonsus on Monday, April 6 at 3pm and will lie in repose in the Confraternity Room until 6.30pm, then removed to the church for prayers followed by 7.15pm Mass. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 7, at 11.30am, followed by burial in Castlemungret Cemetery.

Mattie passed away, at his home, on Monday, March 30.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Breda, son James, brother and sisters.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his daughter Martina (Nash), sons Francis, Damien, Martin and Gavin, son-in-law Brendan, daughters-in-law Sonya and Jane, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother Mick, sisters Mamie and Elsie, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and a wide circle of dear friends.

Reposing this Sunday evening, April 5 at St Mary’s Church, Croom from 6pm with evening prayers at 8pm.
