PICTURES: Supporters cheer on teams in Tom Cusack Memorial Cup

A LARGE crowd was present for the annual Tom Cusack Memorial Cup on what was the 21st installment of the competition after Tom's sudden passing in 2003, aged 56.

Tom was Richmond RFC club president and secretary many times over the years and was an underage coach ranging from U6s and U18s. Tom was also involved in the Munster Branch Youths many years ago.

He worked in (CCC) Crescent College Comprehensive school for over 30 years, with a big interest with the school rugby as well.

The competition has been running for over 20 years and is played every October involving the Richmond RFC U16 team and this year featured them against Old Cresent/UL-Bohs/Nenagh side.
