Get up to €106,000 in grants for your vacant and derelict home

Homeowners looking to renovate vacant or derelict properties have the opportunity to access grants worth up to €106,000.

Ashgrove Renewables is hosting a Vacant & Derelict Property Grant Information Evening on Monday, 24th November, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ennis Road, Limerick.

The evening will guide attendees through the different grant options available, including the Vacant and Derelict Property Grants, which focus on the structure and finishes of a property and the SEAI Community Energy Grant (CEG) and One Stop Shop (OSS) schemes, aimed at insulation and energy upgrades.

Many homeowners find that combining these grants is possible, providing maximum financial support for comprehensive renovations.

Choosing the right grant from the outset is crucial for a smooth renovation process. This seminar will help attendees match the most suitable grant to their specific project, avoiding common frustrations and delays.

The event will cover eligibility criteria, key do’s and don’ts, case studies of successful renovations, and a Q&A session with Ashgrove experts.

Attendees will gain practical advice on applying for grants and learn how to bring their properties back to life efficiently.

Since 2001, Ashgrove Renewables has overseen hundreds of projects annually, combining experience with a results-focused approach to deliver real outcomes.

Don’t miss out - registration is free but places are limited. Secure your spot today and take the first step towards transforming your vacant or derelict property.
