A WORKSHOP later this month is designed to help women in business and other professions flourish in every aspect of their lives.
Castleconnell woman Leah McMahon has organised the event, taking place on Saturday, November 16.
Called Bláthú, the Irish for blossom, the workshop will feature three expert speakers helping those taking part find a balance between their finance, performance, health and fitness.

It's open to all female professionals, be they employed or self-employed, and will take place at The Workshop Cafe in the Eastway Business Park, Ballysimon Road from noon.
"It is designed to look at three elements of your life which you can align to improve your own lifestyle, happiness and personal life. They all interlink together," explained Ms McMahon, who works for Castle Capital Financial Planning in Annacotty.
Present at the event will be a financial coach, a performance coach and a fitness coach.
"These are designed to look at three elements of your life, which you can align to improve your own lifestyle, happiness and personal life. They all interlink together," Ms McMahon said.
Tickets cost €30 plus a booking fee, and are available through Eventbrite, or by calling 061-513059.
The proceeds from the ticket sales will be donated to Limerick Youth Service, something which is close to the businesswoman's heart.
"My great grandmother Rose lived to the age of 96, and every Thursday, she would go to the Limerick Youth Service café, and the people in there were just so lovely to her. There was always a birthday cake for her, they always made a big deal about her in there. She thought it was such a lovely place to go and it represented the community so well. I've been in there a few times as well. It's lovely, and you know what you are giving is going directly back to the young people, the next generation coming up. You want to give them as much support as you can," she explained.
