AUSTRALIAN based singer-songwriter Steph Strings has announced an upcoming show in Dolan's Pub and said the main reason why she's coming to Limerick is because she's obsessed with Blindboy Boatclub and his podcast.

It will be the Melbourne native's first first time doing headline shows in Ireland. Taking to social media to reveal the Irish tour, Steph said she wants "to find Yurty Ahern", find the chicken shop and experience Limerick. Yurty Ahern is the popular Limerick otter made famous by Blindboy.

Following the release of Steph's 'LION' EP last year, she has toured both domestically and internationally selling out shows in the UK, Australia and Canada. She also supported The Cat Empire on their European Tour in 2023 as well as opening for Vance Joy across huge shows in Europe.

With influences from the John Butler Trio, Kim Churchill and Ziggy Alberts, this young story-teller has
combined fingerstyle guitar with bursts of percussion, Celtic, blues and folk.

Tickets for Steph's show in Limerick will go on sale tomorrow morning (Thursday) at 10am here
