UL BOHEMIAN RFC are in the process of beginning an ambitious redevelopment at their club grounds in Annacotty. Bohs have recently submitted a planning application to change the clubhouse structure that will upgrade existing facilities which 'have quite simply reached a state of disrepair.'
The proposed development will see a 20% reduction in playing pitches and a reduction in car parking spaces on the grounds. The new clubhouse will move to a central point in the Annacotty grounds away from the main entrance and adjacent residential properties.
Irish international, and UL Bohs senior player, Chloe Pearse spoke to Leader Sport about the new development and how it will modernise their facilities.
