THE PEOPLE of Limerick will make history on June 7 when they vote for the first directly elected mayor in the history of the State.
There are 15 candidates in the race for the position.
The full list of candidates running for the position are: Sarah Beasley, Aontú; Cllr Daniel Butler; Fine Gael; Cllr Frankie Daly, Independent; Ruairí Fahy, PBP - Solidarity; Dr Laura Keyes; Deputy Brian Leddin, Green Party; John Moran, Independent; Caitríona Ní Chatháin; Helen O'Donnell, Independent; Cllr Elisa O’Donovan,Social Democrats; Colm Ó Móráin; Deputy Maurice Quinlivan, Sinn Fein; Dee Ryan, Fianna Fáil; Cllr Conor Sheehan, Labour, and Gerben Uunk, Party for Animal Welfare.
