WATCH: UL Fitzgibbon Cup manager Brian Ryan: 'We are in control of our own destiny'

University of Limerick defeated Mary Immaculate College 0-23 to 0-15 on Wednesday afternoon

"It's the shortest route to the final and it's an open draw at this stage. We have to wait and see what happens. We are in control of our own destiny in so far as we can be" said University of Limerick Fitzgibbon Cup manager Brian Ryan. 

UL have booked their place into the Fitzgibbon Cup semi-finals after they defeated Mary I 0-23 to 0-15 on Weednesday afternnon in a repeat of last year's Fitzgibbon Cup final. 

The Castletroy college are aiming to win the Fitzgibbon Cup for the first time since 2022. 

After UL's victory over Mary I in round three of the Fitzgibbon Cup, Leader Sport caught up with manager Brian Ryan.
