WATCH: Doon Harty Cup manager Diarmuid McCarthy: 'We showed today, what we are capable of'

Hospital and Doon played out a draw in round two of the Dr Harty Cup

"We were happy going in at half time. Our boys had worked excellently. We knew John The Baptist were going to come back at us. I suppose, we are disappointed but very happy with our lads after the last day. We showed today, what we are capable of" said Scoil na Trionóide Naofa Harty Cup manager Diarmuid McCarthy. 

Scoil na Trionóide Naofa played out a draw with the John The Baptist Community School in Kilteely on Wednesday afternoon in round two of the Dr Harty Cup. 

The Doon outfit will look to finish their Harty Cup group campaign with a win against Rice College, Ennis on November 20.

After the game, Leader Sport caught up with Scoil na Trionóide Naofa manager Diarmuid McCarthy.
