ADARE Senior hurlers are eager to get going in this year's senior B championship after a disappointing league campaign. Speaking at the launch of the senior hurling championship Mike Keane from Adare spoke about how much the team are looking forward to getting out on the pitch.
"Our league campaign was very tough, we had a good few injuries leading to us giving some walkovers so we are edging to get going now in the championship against Kildimo Pallaskenry now on Friday evening. I think every club is struggling with injuries but a good few of the younger lads have stepped up to the plate and it's fantastic to get Declan Hannon back into the club as well."
