Blindboy Boatclub: Appearing in conversation with Kevin Barry in Dolan's Warehouse this Saturday

THE Limerick Literary and Limerick Spring festivals combine for an evening of readings and conversations with author Kevin Barry and Blindboy Boatclub.

The festivals run this week and into the weekend with a host of different events, but the chat between Barry and Blindboy in Dolan’s Warehouse on Saturday night is the much-anticipated centrepiece, alas now sold out.

Barry will also appear earlier on Saturday in Limerick City Gallery of Art at 2pm for the Literary Festival, returning for a 34th year in honour of Kate O’Brien. The theme of this year’s festival is Bridging the Gap and it runs from Thursday to Sunday, February 22 to 25.

The Limerick Spring runs until Sunday, with a discussion with Vincent Browne taking place on Thursday night in King John’s Castle.
