THIS CHRISTMAS, multi‑award winning country music artist, Cliona Hagan, will sprinkle her magic on the University Concert Hall (UCH) stage as she makes her pantomime debut.
Cliona is set to dazzle as the Fairy Godmother in this year’s festive production of Cinderella.
With only weeks away from opening curtain, Cliona said: “I've got the feels, the nerves, the excitement!
“This is going to be my first panto and it's going to be so special,” shared Cliona.

“Christmas in itself is the most special time of the year, so being able to play the Fairy Godmother is going to be so exciting and I still can’t believe I’m doing it. I’m still pinching myself saying 'Is this for real'?!”
Known for her powerful vocals and chart-topping hits, Cliona is set to enchant audiences of all ages as the Fairy Godmother in this classic rags-to-riches tale.
Presented by Robert C Kelly and University Concert Hall, Cinderella promises a spectacular holiday outing for the whole family this Christmas season.
Hailing from Tyrone, Cliona said she would bring “a little country flair with a little bit of sass, excitement, and of course all the bells and whistles, sparkles, rhinestones and a lot of fun.”
This year's Cinderella pantomime is getting brought to life in a jam-packed production with a host of celebrities, hilarious jokes, fabulous costumes and chart-topping hits.
Get ready to cheer, boo, hiss, and marvel at the fairy-tale magic as Cinderella takes the stage this festive season in Limerick.
The University Concert Hall pantomime will be running from Thursday, December 18, to Sunday, January 11, 2026.
Cliona joins a cast which includes RTÉ Jnr star John Sharpson, Limerick’s legendary dame Myles Breen, and Voice of Ireland winner Keith Hanley, along with returning favourite Esther Brady as Cinderella, and Limerick panto newcomers, Chris Currid and social media sensation Stuart Mackey.
