TREATY United will be seeking a hat-trick of league wins when they face champions Cork City in a Munster derby SSE Airtricity League First Division fixture at Turners Cross this Friday evening, 7.45pm.

Tommy Barrett's Treaty United side made it back-to-back wins in the First Division when easing past Longford Town 3-1 at the Markets Field on Friday night last. The win came four days after Treaty had defeated Cobh Ramblers in the league at St Colman's Park.

However, despite Friday night's home win over Longford, Treaty saw their slim hopes of making the promotion play-offs ended by Wexford’s 2-0 win at home to UCD, putting the last berth out of reach with just three games remaining in the regular season.

Treaty's goals on Friday night came courtesy of Lee Devitt, his third in four days and his seventh of the season, as well as a first senior goal for 17-year-old Adam O'Halloran and finally David Tarmey.

Academy prospects Michael Dike, Richkov Boevi, and Niko Kozlowski returned to Tommy Barrett’s starting line-up for Friday night's game with Longford. Treaty sit in seventh place in the table ahead of their meeting with runaway First Division champions Cork City.
