Two second-half goals from sub Liam Quinn helped St Pats to a 3-11 to 0-13 win over Fr Caseys in the Limerick SFC quarter-final in Mick Neville Park on Saturday evening.
An early goal from Padraig Reals got Pats off to an ideal start and while the Abbeyfeale side rallied with a couple of fine long-range points, St Pats led 1-6 to 0-6 at the break.
Fr Caseys got back to within a point by the tenth minute of the second half but Quinn's first goal put a bit of daylight between the sides.
Caseys kept battling on but never got closer than four points despite the best efforts of Adrian Enright and Derry O'Connor and a Quinn penalty - after he was fouled himself - sealed the win.
St Pats will now play Monaleen in the semi-final next weekend. Dromcollogher-Broadford will meet Na Piarsaigh in the other semi-final.
