Micah Obiero bags a brace as Wealdstone win at Braintree

Micah Obiero scored twice as Wealdstone came from behind to win 4-1 at National League relegation-battlers Braintree.

The home side – having lost three of their last four league games – went in front after 12 minutes through a penalty from John Akinde.

But Nathan Tshikuna soon equalised with a left-foot shot from the edge of the box and Obiero then showed good strength to fire the Stones in front after 26 minutes.

Obiero got his second with 14 minutes left, tapping in a rebound after Sean Adarkwa’s initial shot had been saved, and Dylan Kadji claimed a fourth in added time.
