Queen’s Park moved off the bottom of the Scottish Championship with a 1-0 win at fellow strugglers Ross County.
Matthew Shiels netted his first goal for the club in first-half stoppage time to give his side a much-needed three points.
The victory moved Queen’s Park up to eighth while Ross County fell to the bottom, albeit with a game in hand on ninth-placed Airdrieonians.
The points were shared between Morton and Raith Rovers as they played out a 0-0 draw in the only other game in the division to go ahead on Saturday.
A point left Morton in seventh, four points above the relegation play-off position and still two behind Rovers in sixth.
Dunfermline’s home match with Partick Thistle was postponed around midday due to a frozen pitch while the game between Arbroath and Ayr was called off for the same reason a little over an hour before the scheduled kick-off.
