Reagan Ogle came to Oldham’s rescue with a late first-half equaliser to earn a point in a 1-1 draw away at Fleetwood.
The hosts found the opener early on from a low driven corner from Elliot Bonds, with Ched Evans finding space in the penalty area and knock in from close range.
The visitors found the equaliser just a minute before the break, with Ryan Woods delivering a pinpoint corner into the box and Ogle slotted home after a failed clearance from the home side.
James Bolton went close with just over 20 minutes remaining after he picked up the ball from a corner at the back post, but he blazed his shot over the crossbar.
Kian Harratt drove towards the edge of the box in the final five minutes, but his curled effort could only ricochet off a post.
Ryan Graydon picked up a loose ball late on, but his shot was palmed away by Matthew Hudson. Will Davies was first to the rebounded ball, but he fired wide.
