Robbie Muirhead earns Livingston a point at Partick Thistle

Robbie Muirhead’s late equaliser saw Livingston move level on points with Scottish Championship leaders Falkirk with a 1-1 draw at promotion rivals Partick Thistle.

Thistle were on top in the early stages and took the lead in the 25th minute when Logan Chalmers’ cross to the back post was met with a cushioned finish from Brian Graham.

The hosts went close to a second early in the second half when Graham’s header came back off the post, and their failure to take one of the chances that came their way would cost them late on.

As Livingston began to exert some pressure, Muirhead headed in Stephen Kelly’s cross in the 78th minute, and they had a late chance to win it when Danny Wilson headed over from Muirhead’s corner.
