A point from a 1-1 home draw with Solihull was enough to lift Wealdstone out of the National League relegation zone on goal difference.
Alex Reid, making his second appearance since returning to the club on loan from Oldham on January 23, needed only four minutes to put the hosts in front as he went one-on-one and beat goalkeeper Killian Barrett.
He was through again in the 27th minute but this time shot wide before Barrett denied Craig Eastmond.
Wealdstone regretted those missed opportunities as the visitors drew level on the stroke of half-time, Alex Whitmore heading in at the back post from Jamey Osborne’s corner.
Both sides hit the crossbar in the second half, Wealdstone though Enzio Boldewijn and Solihull via Conor Wilkinson, but settled for a point which was enough to put the hosts above Maidenhead on goal difference near the foot of the table.
