TREATY United's quest for a first win in the SSE Airtricity League this season continues on Good Friday when Longford Town visit the Markets Field, 7.45pm kick-off.

Treaty recorded their third draw in six First Division fixtures this season when playing out a 1-1 stalemate with Wexford FC at Ferrycarrig Park on Friday night last with Enda Curran, from the penalty spot, again on target for Tommy Barrett's side. The game was delayed for up to 14 minutes in the opening half due to an issue with the floodlights at the match venue.

Friday night's draw in the South East sees Treaty United sit second-from-bottom in the First Division table, two points ahead of bottom-placed Kerry FC.

However, Treaty United are also within five points of sixth-placed Wexford.

Friday night's visitors to the Markets Field, Longford Town, have also experienced a mix start to their league campaign. The Midlanders have won just one of their opening half a dozen fixtures, while they have also lost twice this season to six three points ahead of Treaty United in the league table.

Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that Treaty United's postponed fixture against Waterford FC will now take place on Monday, 24 April at the Markets Field. Kick-off in the Munster derby fixture at the Garryowen match venue is at 7.45pm.
