Our Lady of Lourdes young boxer Kian Hedderman has a bright future ahead of him
OUR LADY of Lourdes boxer Kian Hedderman is hoping to continue on an upward curve this season after a hugely successful start to his career.
The 19-year-old has already tasted glory with an Irish senior title last October to go with the Celtic Box Cup's won in 2021 and 2022.
The Southill youngster doubles up his own boxing career by helping out as a youth worker in St Augustine's School in Sexton Street.
His remarkable success is even more astonishing given that Kian only started boxing during the Covid lockdown in 2020.
Kian added more silverware in the form of an Irish U-22 title last Saturday and is aiming for further success in 2023 and beyond.
