MUNSTER Rugby struck at the death to secure a precious 15-14 victory over Ulster in the United Rugby Championship (URC) at Kingspan Stadium on New Year's Day.
A last gasp try and conversion from replacement Ben Healy helped a resilient Munster side claim victory from the jaws of defeat in Belfast.
This was just Munster's second victory in their last seven visits to Belfast.
Munster's fifth win of the campaign has seen the province move up to ninth place in the URC table.
This was the second time Ulster had been beaten at home in their last seven URC fixtures and just the second time Munster secured victory in their last eight fixtures against fellow Irish provinces.
When Robert Baloucoune raced away to score in the 67th minute from a long Stuart McCloskey pass, Ulster looked to be closing in on a third straight victory over Munster, a feat the home side had not achieved since 2009.
However, 10 unanswered points from Graham Rowntree's side, including a penalty from the boot of Healy and that dramatic late converted try, saw Munster ultimately stun the large home support.
The match-winning try was created by a terrific break upfield from out-half Jack Crowley who showed terrific footwork to ease his way past three would-be Ulster tacklers.
Alex Kendellen and Stephen Archer were among the players to make important carries before Healy lunged over for the crucial score.
Next up for Munster is a crucial home meeting with the Emirates Lions at Musgrave Park this Friday night, January 6 at 7.35pm.

Ulster had led the game 9-0 at half-time, thanks to three penalty goals from the boot of John Cooney.
Scrum-half Paddy Patterson hit back with a Munster try early on the restart, to cut the gap to four points, 9-5, before Baloucoune raced away to score and build a 14-5 advantage.
