AHEAD of today, Saturday's, BKT URC Grand Final rematch with Munster Rugby at Thomond Park, DHL Stormers' welcomed young fans from Christ The King Boys National School in Caherdavin to their Captain's Run at the match venue on Friday.
Fierce rivals off the pitch, having battled it out last May to become BKT URC Champions, off the pitch Munster Rugby welcomed their South African visitors to Thomond Park to meet the next generation of fans.
These young rugby fanatics were treated to a day they will never forget with the DHL Stormers players and coaching staff taking them through rugby drills and spending time signing autographs.
It’s not often you get to tackle John Dobson, the head coach of a BKT URC team from Cape Town.
After being tackled by some young Munster fans, DHL Stormers head coach John Dobson said: “We are delighted that these local young fans came out to see us, we had so much fun seeing their enthusiasm and love for the game. This is what we love to do, to connect with fans, all over the world, not just back home."
