A passion project to refurbish and modernise a 1970s home has landed a Limerick couple the much-coveted title of RTÉ Home of the Year 2025.
Amy and Eoin Martin, whose home featured on episode four of the latest series, beat off stiff competition from dozens of other homes across the country.

For the season finale, which was broadcast on RTÉ One on Tuesday night, the three judges - Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Siobhan Lam - revisited the seven finalists from the eleventh series of the hit TV show.

The home is a passion project for Amy, an interior designer, who loves having the space to unleash her creativity and is always in the middle of a project in the house, which was originally built in the 1970s.

The six other homes to feature in Tuesday's final were from Tipperary, Wicklow, Kildare and Dublin (3).
