GAA confirms venues and times for All-Ireland SFC knockout fixtures

The battle for Sam Maguire heats up this coming weekend

THE GAA has confirmed the venues, dates and times for the first round of knock-out fixtures in this year's All-Ireland Senior Football Championship.

Three of the four preliminary quarter finals will take place this Saturday, June 24 and will be streamed live on GAAGO. 

Cork will host Roscommon at home in Páirc Uí Chaoimh at 2pm in the first game of the day.

In the next fixture, Kildare will play Monaghan in Glenisk O’Connor Park, Tullamore at 4:45pm. 

The final game of the day will see Donegal face Tyrone in MacCumhaill Park, Ballybofey at 7pm.

The all-Connaught clash between Galway and Mayo at Pearse Stadium, Salthill will throw-in at 3pm on Sunday and will be broadcast on RTÉ One television.

Separately, the semi-finals of the Tailteann Cup will take place at Croke Park on Sunday afternoon.

Meath take on Antrim at 2pm while Down will take on Laois at 4pm.

Both matches will be broadcast on RTÉ 2 television.
