The first recall is being carried out KBT NV for the TriX Plastic swing.
The risk presented by this product is injuries. The product has accessible openings and holes, in which a child can become trapped and suffer injuries.

The brand is TriX. The type/model number is 132.001.007.003. The barcode is 5413050048123.

The second recall is being carried out by Hodder & Stoughton Limited T/A Hachette Children’s Group for their First Baby Days: Bath Time, Bath Book.

The risk reported to the CCPC is ingestion of flakes and ink. The colour coating of the product can begin to come away from the surface in water, causing flaking. These soft ink flakes may then be ingested.
The brand is Pat-a-Cake. The ISBN is ISBN-13: 9781526381354. The batch number is 7th Impression/10 9 8 7.
There are approximately 14 affected products in the Republic of Ireland. The product was sold in Dubray Books and Hodges Figgis’ and was available since January 2025.
Customers should stop using the product immediately and return it to the store where they bought it, for a full refund.
