An Irish fan has gone viral after joining Adele on stage at her recent concert in Munich.

Millions of people worldwide have seen clips of the interaction between the Hello singer and Paula from Kildare.

The Adele megafan was plucked from the crowd to join the singer on stage in what was a hilarious exchange as Paula kissed and hugged her idol in excitement.

Paula was at the gig with her husband Frank, who was on a timely Prosecco run when she was called on stage. 

Adele got more than she bargained for as she described Paula as the “craziest fan” she’s had on stage. 

“You are definitely the craziest fan I’ve ever had on stage,” Adele announced. 

Bursting with excitement, Paula replied: “You know I’m Irish… I’m here with my husband Frank.

Frank from Ireland, I’ve got your crazy wife Paula up here with me,” the singer chirped back as the camera pans to him in the crowd.

Paula went on to try on the singer’s sunglasses in the hilarious exchange.

The above clip, one of many from the gig, has racked up almost a million views and 90,000 likes on TikTok.

Social media users are loving the clip with one saying: “Paula from Ireland you are an icon.”

While another said: “I fear Paula might now be a national treasure.”
