Unlicensed driver caught travelling on national road with FAKE insurance disc

Gardaí have caught an unlicensed driver travelling on a major national road with a forged insurance disc. 

According to An Garda Síochána, officers were on patrol along the N60 near Roscommon when their Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system noted the car was uninsured. 

When the driver was stopped, officers discovered the insurance disc in the window was forged, and the young man had no driving licence.
