Engineering works will see significant service alterations for services heading to Cork, Mallow, Tralee and Dublin

ALERT: Major service changes and cancellations to train routes this bank holiday weekend

Iarnród Éireann are advising commuters and travelers of significant service alterations and amendments to mainline services this bank holiday weekend due to engineering works.

Friday, 2nd February

21:00 Dublin Heuston to Cork will operate to Mallow only, with bus transfers provided from Mallow to Cork.

Saturday, 3rd February

20:40 Limerick Junction to Limerick deferred to 20:50. Multiple services between Dublin Heuston and Mallow will operate with bus transfers between Mallow and Cork.

The following services are cancelled: 08:20 Cork to Mallow and 18:25 Mallow to Cork.

Sunday, 4th February

Similar service alterations as Saturday with bus transfers between Mallow and Cork for specific time slots, check Iarnród Éireann for more details.

The following services are cancelled: 10:10 Cork to Mallow, 12:50 Cork to Mallow and 10:48 Mallow to Cork.

Bank Holiday Monday, 5th February

09:00 Cork to Tralee will be bus transfers departing at 08:35 from Cork to Mallow, followed by a train from Mallow to Tralee.

20:55 Cork to Tralee will be bus transfers from Cork to Mallow, followed by a train from Mallow to Tralee.

13:05 Tralee to Mallow extended through to Dublin Heuston.

The following services are cancelled: 06:00 and 8:00 Dublin Heuston to Cork, 05:40 and 06:15 Cork to Dublin Heuston, 
08:00 and 08:20 Cork to Mallow, 17:55 Cork to Mallow, 06:50, 07:29, 08:30, 08:50, 18:25 Mallow to Cork, 06:25 Cork to Tralee, 04:30 Tralee to Mallow, and 07:05 Tralee to Dublin Heuston.

Many services are operating via train and bus service, so it is important to check any updates to your booking online at Iarnród Éireann.
