A driver has been arrested after being caught "literally" drinking while driving.
According to Gardaí the driver was caught last night (November 9) in Cork City when officers saw a car with smoke coming from a blown-out tyre.
He tested four times over the legal limit and was arrested and charged.
A court appearance is to follow.
