Motorists warned of 'vehicle on fire' on major road

MOTORISTS are being warned of a 'vehicle on fire' on a major national road.

Traffic Infrastructure Ireland posted details of the incident on X (formerly known as Twitter) at approximately 2.30pm on Monday afternoon, urging motorists to drive with care.

The incident is taking place on the M4/N4 road between Junction 12 - Kinnegad and Junction 13 - Correlstown (West).

Lane 1 and the hard shoulder are affected at present. 

Recovery is in progress.
