Italian referee Andrea Piardi
THE match officials have been confirmed for the last 16 fixtures in the Investec Champions Cup, including Munster Rugby's glamour meeting with La Rochelle in France.
Italian official Andrea Piardi will take charge of the Saturday, April 5 fixture at the Stade Marcel Deflandre between Munster and Ronan O'Gara's Top 14 side La Rochelle. The game will kick-off at 5.30pm.
Both sides have won the Champions Cup on two occasions.
The quarter-finals of the Investec Champions Cup are due to take place a week later.
Meanwhile, Limerick-based referee Andy Brace will take charge of the Friday, April 4 last 16 clash of Northampton Saints and ASM Clermont Auvergne at Franklin's Gardens, 8pm.
Among the two Assistant Referees for the game is Limerick official Eoghan Cross.
