Speaking at the Munster press conference this week Wycherley spoke about his personal goals for the up and coming year. "I won't shy away from the fact that being on the sidelines has been very frustrating.
"I came into last season starting against Bayonne in Thomond Park and then the following week we traveled to Exeter done my shoulder before that in training before that game and that kept me out for eight weeks. I was suppose to start against Connacht then close to Christmas and injured myself again in the training before that and it had me out for another while again it was all just little things so I really want to hit the ground running this season."
Munster have their final pre-season friendly this evening in Virgin Media Park at 7pm against Gloucester before the regular season gets going.
