MUNSTER women's head coach Niamh Briggs has made one change to her side that play Connacht in their interpro at the Sportsground on Sunday.

Into the starting xv comes Kate Flannery for her first start, having come off the bench to make her debut last week in the 26-17 win over Leinster at Munsgrave Park. Rachel Allen drops to the bench.

Elsewhere, it's more of the same for Munster with Aoife Corey, Aoife Doyle and Alana McInerney in the back three. Flannery is partnered by Stephanie Nunan in the centre. Munster captain Nicole Cronin is named at out-half with UL Bohs teammate Muirne Wall picked at scrum-half.

Briggs has opted for the same pack that saw off Leinster. Roisin Ormond, Kate Sheehan and Fiona Reidy pack down in the front row with Clodagh O'Halloran and Claire Bennett in the second row. Dorothy Wall, Maeve Og O'Leary and Deirbhile Nic a Bhaird make up the Munster back row.

The game in Galway has a 1pm start and is live on TG4.
