LIMERICK senior football captain Cillian Fahy tied the knot with his beautiful bride, Caoimhe O’Neill, in a gorgeous ceremony.

The Limerick and Dromcollogher-Broadford GAA player said ‘I do’ to his All-Ireland winning footballer bride on Saturday, August 9.

The couple’s shared love for the sport was celebrated as they left the church, with Cillian’s team-mates, both past and present, forming a walkway for the newlyweds with footballs held high in the air.

The bride wowed in white, in a stunning backless gown with a cowl neckline and a lengthy train, paired with a veil.

When it came time to hit the dancefloor, the train was cleverly lifted up off the ground with a wrist tie.

Caoimhe, a primary school teacher originally from Kildimo, was walked up the aisle by her father Paddy O’Neill, the former principal of Salesian College, Pallaskenry.

The father of the bride can also be seen serenading her as she gets ready to say ‘I do’ in a video shared on Instagram, filmed by content creator madewithkate_.

The couple tied the knot at the beautiful Ballygarry Estate, just outside Tralee, Co Kerry.

They made the most of their surroundings, snapping some pics in sunglasses on the beach.

Last month, Cillian captained the Limerick senior footballers all the way to the Tailteann Cup final, losing to Kildare 1-24 to 2-19 in Croke Park.

Caoimhe, also a successful footballer, won Limerick, Munster and All-Ireland club LGFA titles in 2024 with Mungret St Paul's.
