A COUNTY Limerick undertaker who is accused of exhuming an elderly man’s body without a licence has had his case put back until next month.
Donal Daffy, 59, of Skagh, Croom is accused of illegally exhuming the remains of a 95-year-old man from the Patrickswell graveyard on February 26, 2011.
It is alleged that the body of Joseph ‘Josie’ Graham’s was moved to another cemetery in the town without an order from Limerick County Council.
At Newcastle West Court this week, Judge Mary O’Halloran adjourned the case to March 13, next.
