THE Limerick Senior Open, a significant PSA world ranking event, is returning to Limerick Lawn Tennis Club on this Saturday and Sunday, March 8 and 9.
This year promises to be particularly exciting, featuring a blend of established professionals and promising young talent from Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
A star-studded field is expected to include international rising stars Germany's U19 champions, Finn Koch and Maya Weishar, who will be aiming to gain crucial PSA points as well as PSA Tour Momentum, Laouenan Loaec, from France, a rapidly climbing player on the professional circuit.
Also expected to compete are talented Irish players Michael Creaven, Alex Smith, and Dean Dromgoole, stalwarts of Irish squash, alongside the highly regarded Aaron Knox, the national U17 champion.
There will be strong local participation with players from Limerick Lawn, Gleanegle Squash Club, and other clubs in the region, ensuring a vibrant local competition.
