THE Limerick U20 hurling side to face Cork in their third round robin game in this year's Munster U20 championship at SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh on Friday night, 7pm, has been named.
The Limerick side will be looking to record their first win of the provincial campaign after earlier defeats against Clare and Tipperary.
The Shannonsiders opened their Munster championship with a narrow 2-17 to 2-15 reverse at the hands of Clare in the opening round and then suffered a 3-18 to 1-17 defeat to Tipperary in Mick Neville Park in their last outing.
Limerick's starting team to face Cork will see the Fitzgerald brothers, Joseph and Matthew, from Monaleen, line out at midfield for the Shannonsiders.
The Limerick U20s have had two weeks now to regroup and look to get back on track following their opening two games in the Munster Championship.

Cork have already beaten Waterford, 0-21 to 1-10, in their opening game before a close encounter with Clare saw them make it two from two with a 2-22 to 1-19 victory over the Banner.
The Rebels currently sit in second position on the table behind Tipperary, compared to Limerick who are in fourth.
Limerick will face Waterford in the final group game of the championship on Friday, May 10 in the TUS Gaelic Grounds at 7.30pm.
