David Reidy has been named at centre half-forward for Limerick in their Munster SHC opener with Clare in Ennis on Sunday, 2pm
THE Limerick and Clare starting line-ups for Sunday's eagerly-anticipated Munster senior hurling championship round robin fixture at Cusack Park, Ennis have been named.
Sunday's game, a repeat of last year's Munster final which ended in a narrow victory for Limerick, has a 2pm throw-in and is live on RTE2 TV.
Mike Casey has been selected to start at full-back, with Sean Finn listed among the substitutes for the derby clash.
Declan Hannon captains the Limerick side from centre half-back, with Cathal O'Neill partnering William O'Donoghue in midfield.
Cian Lynch has been named at corner forward for the clash, with David Reidy, of Dromin-Athlacca, selected at centre half-forward.
Meanwhile, for Clare, star forward Tony Kelly has been named on the substitute's bench for the clash. It is the first time Kelly has been included in a match-day squad for the Banner this year after recovering from an ankle injury.
Shane O'Donnell has also been named on the bench for Brian Lohan's side.
