THOUSANDS of Limerick hurling fans made the trip to SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh in Cork on Saturday for their Allianz Hurling League semi-final clash with Kilkenny.
The game ended in defeat for John Kiely's Limerick side who relinquished their Division 1 Allianz Hurling League semi-final as a result.
Limerick's focus will now switch to the start of the Munster senior hurling championship round robin phase next month and a Sunday, April 21 opening round meeting with Clare at Cusack Park in Ennis.
