Limerick team to face Antrim in Allianz Hurling League opener named

Dan Morrissey starts at full-back for Limerick in Sunday's Allianz Hurling League opener against Antrim

THE Limerick team to face Antrim in Sunday's Division 1 Allianz Hurling League opener at FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles, 2pm, has been named.

Limerick will be beginning the defence of the league title this weekend having won the competition in an impressive final win over Kilkenny at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Gearoid Hegarty is set to captain the Limerick side in Sunday's game.
